Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 500 ml milk
• 100 ml cream
• 100 ml rum or bourbon (optional)
• A pinch of nutmeg
Preparation:
• Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy.
• Add the milk and cream, mix thoroughly.
• If you are adding alcohol, pour it in at this stage.
• Separately beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully add to the mixture.
• Pour into glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg.
“Cosmopolitan” from the TV series “Sex and the City” (with a New Year's accent)
If you want feel like a heroine in style even at a New Year's party, this cocktail is your choice.
Ingredients:
• 50 ml vodka
• 30 ml cranberry juice
• 15 ml Cointreau liqueur
• 10 ml lime juice
• Orange zest for garnish

• 1 liter of apple cider

Preparation:
• In a saucepan, heat the cider with the spices and orange slices.
• Do not bring to a boil, so as not to lose the aroma.
• Add honey or sugar to taste, stir.

Ingredients:
• 1 bottle of red wine
• 100 ml orange juice
• 2 tbsp. sugar

• Heat over low heat, without bringing to a boil.

Grinch Stole Christmas Milkshake
What's a Grinch without a green smoothie? This drink is suitable for both children and adults, if you add a little liqueur.
Ingredients:
• 200 ml milk
• 50 ml coconut cream
• 1 tbsp. pistachio syrup or green food coloring
• Whipped cream for decoration
Preparation:
• Mix the milk, cream and syrup in a blender until smooth.
• Pour into glasses, add whipped cream.
• If desired, decorate with green sprinkles.
Grog from “The Polar Express”
A hot drink with a slight spiciness is just the thing to warm you up during a holiday classic.

• 200 ml of black tea
• 50 ml of rum
