When host Slava Dyomin asked Antonina about her ultimate goal, she immediately noted that she does not perceive life as a path to one “point”.
I think this is wrong. The moment you reach that “point,” you simply stop living. Life is a constant movement, it’s balancing between waves and finding harmony,” the actress explained.
Antonina emphasizes that it is important for her to feel the joy of life. Even if sometimes she has to face her own internal conflicts.
The world is a reflection of ourselves. When my surroundings change, I understand that changes are also taking place inside me, she added.
One of the key topics of the conversation was the issue of self-love. Antonina frankly admitted that sometimes it is difficult for her to accept herself, especially in moments when she feels weak.
It's easy to love yourself when you're “cool”. But when you feel like shit, then it's a real challenge, – she shared.
When asked if she knows how to give herself support and love, Antonina replied that she is working on it and trying to be gentler with herself. Slava Dyomin noted that behind Antonina's strong appearance, one can see vulnerability and a desire for care.
Of course, there is always a little girl inside me who wants to be supported, hugged and told how much she is loved. But it's normal, and I'm sure that all people need it, – said the actress.
