There is an extremely widespread belief that meditation can help with spiritual development, but very often many experts emphasize that constant attention to meditation can also help in the professional sphere? Is this true and how?
– In fact, meditation opens up a space of clarity and harmony that affects all areas of life, not just spiritual or professional. When the mind is calm and the consciousness is clear, decisions come easily, and our energy is directed towards achieving goals.
This is the path to balance, where the spiritual fuels your effectiveness and success, because the spiritual and the material are very connected.
It's the beginning of 2025. You've said many times that a very important stage in your life is taking stock and planning for the next year. Why is this important to you?
– For me, taking stock and planning for the new year is like creating a map of my path. It’s a magical time when I look back on the year I’ve lived, realize my achievements, lessons, and moments of growth. It’s not just about dry analysis (although that’s also there), but also about gratitude for the experience. Planning for the new year is important because it’s an opportunity to build clarity about my goals, understand what’s truly valuable to me, and simply let it manifest. It’s a moment when I give meaning to my actions, compare them to my values and dreams. I would describe this process as: creating your own reality, where you don’t just contemplate the flow of events, but also actively participate in their formation. What factors influence how these plans are then transformed into real life? Simply put, why does everyone need to do this?
– When you plan, you put not only your thoughts but also your energy into action. Planning is how you choose your life, and not let circumstances control you. Thanks to this, you understand that you are the author of your life! Everyone needs this, because plans create a structure for your dreams. They help you focus, avoid chaos and defocus. A plan is not only about achieving goals, it is about how you reveal yourself and become closer to your potential. And even if everything does not go according to plan, the energy of intention itself will lead you to what is best for you right now.
What breathing techniques do you recommend to reduce stress and maintain energy while achieving important goals? After all, professional development is necessarily accompanied by a lot of stressful situations.
– I have many favorite techniques and I give them all in my Inner Love app. But now I will share the simplest one that is easy to remember and visualize: square breathing. This technique is very effective for reducing stress and maintaining energy. Imagine a square and follow its sides: inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold your breath for 4, exhale through your mouth for 4, and hold your breath again for 4. Repeat several cycles. But I will also remind you of the importance of conscious deep breathing – this is our foundation.
Are there specific practices that help you stay focused on your goal, without forgetting about your own harmony and well-being?
Staying focused on your goal is the art of balancing action and inner harmony. And here are some of my tips. I’ll start with the most important thing – gratitude. Practice gratitude, which opens your heart. Do meditation, which calms your mind. Meditation practices generally exist for different areas of life. How to plan your day or week correctly so as not to feel exhausted, even when working on large projects?
– Plan your day in a way that takes into account not only your tasks, but also your own state. Start with priority tasks, leaving time for rest and pauses. Listen to your body: when you feel tired, allow yourself to stop, breathe, and meditate. End the day with reflection, thanking yourself for what you have done. And, of course, when we are “burning” with goals and dreams, this energy drives us and we don't feel exhausted.
What advice would you give to those who want to start their year right, so that it is successful and with an understanding of their inner world?
I always advise starting a new one by letting go of the past.
