Doctors who have not completed military training will be awarded officer ranks

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree according to which doctors will be awarded officer ranks.

Zelensky announced this at the first annual international congress on military medicine and mental health “Warrior: Life, Health, Combat Readiness”

“The military medicine system still faces many challenges that must be overcome. As the Head of State, I promise you comprehensive support in this area. did not complete military training,” the head of state said.
