Biden on DPRK troops: concern and “Ukraine must strike back”

A stingy reaction from the still-incumbent president.

According to Reuters, the White House incumbent said that this issue “concerns him.” However, he did not announce any measures that would be the United States' response to the involvement of the DPRK in the war in Ukraine.

Media representatives clarified whether the Armed Forces of Ukraine should respond to the actions of the Russians and Koreans. To which Biden said “Yes, but if they cross the border of Ukraine.”

• The US State Department claims that it is “consulting with partners” regarding the response to Russia's use of North Korean soldiers.
