Ministry of Economy: enterprises with current criticality can reserve workers for 2 years <p>Enterprises that have not yet updated, but already have the status of critical, will be able to reserve workers – this reservation will be valid until February 28, 2025. </p> <p>This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.</p> <p>The department added that after the criticality is updated according to the new mandatory criteria, the reservation period will increase to 12 months still.</p> <p> < >“From December 1, 2024, the booking procedure will again be available through the Action portal. In order to book its employees, an enterprise must receive or update its criticality according to the new mandatory criteria. Businesses have more than three months to do this – until the end of February 2025,” the ministry noted.</p> <p>The Cabinet of Ministers also provided for enterprises with current criticality to book new employees until February 28, 2025, or in the event of completion of the booking of current employees, the Ministry of Economy clarified. That is, until the end of the allotted time for updating criticality. </p> <p>In addition, the government has simplified the mechanism for checking the salaries of employees who are booking.</p> <p>The Ministry of Economy explained that if an enterprise wants to book a new or already working specialist from December 1, then the manager, when submitting the list for booking on the Action portal, must declaratively confirm that the accrued salary of the employee (before paying all taxes) will be at least 20 thousand hryvnia.
