Hollywood actor Brad Pitt became the owner of a luxury home in Los Angeles in early August 2025, reports Baltimore Chronicle, citing Daily Mail.

The actor acquired the estate at a significantly reduced price — $14 million (approximately 576 million UAH), which is much lower than the initial asking price. The property was previously owned by Dave Keuning, the lead guitarist of the band “The Killers,” who was the seller. The purchase was prompted by a robbery that took place in June 2025 at Pitt’s previous residence. Following the incident, three suspects were arrested, and among the victims were other Hollywood stars, including Jennifer Aniston, Tom Hanks, and Nicole Kidman.

Brad Pitt is well-known for his passion for collecting real estate. Among his properties are a $40 million mansion in California, a $4 million estate near Santa Barbara, a $60 million villa in France, as well as commercial properties in Los Angeles, including the “Frogtown Studios” valued at $4 million.
