The domestic football championship returns after the winter break.
February 23 – 26matches of the 18th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) of the 2023/24 season will take place.
The “spring” part of the Ukrainian football championship will open on Friday: the leader of the standings, “Kryvbas”, will try to beat LNZ.
Since Saturday, February 24, is the anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, no matches will be played on this day.
On Sunday, February 25, Dnepr-1 will host Minai, “Veres” will compete with “Kolos”, “Dynamo” will meet with “Metalist 1925”, and “Polesie” will compete with “Rukh”.
The tour will end on Monday: “Shakhtar” will compete with “Olexandriya” , Zarya” will play against “Vorskla”, and “Obolon” will host “Chernomorets”.

- After the 17th round, the UPL table is headed by Krivbass (34 points), ahead of Dnepr-1 (34 points) according to additional indicators. In third place is “Polesie” (32 points). Shakhtar are in fourth place (31 points + two games in reserve). Dynamo is fifth (28 points + three matches in reserve).
- The matches of the 19th round of the UPL will take place on March 1 – 3.
