Dnepr-1failed to beat“Minai”in the home match of the 18th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL). The match at the Dnepr Arena in Dnepr ended in a draw 1:1.

The match started late due to an air raid warning. When the game began, the teams spent only 14 minutes on the field and were again forced to go to the shelter.

After the next restart of the match, Minaj managed to open the scoring – in the 25th minute, Arthur scored Remenyak. Immediately after the goal was scored, the air raid signal sounded once again.

After the next resumption of the game, the Transcarpathian club had the opportunity to double its advantage, but in the 40th minute, Timur Korablin did not beat Dnepr goalkeeper Evgeniy Volynets from the penalty spot.

At the beginning of the second half, Yuri Maksimov's team bounced back – in the 51st minute, Alexander Pikhalyonok converted a penalty. However, the home team was not worthy of more. As a result, a draw.

After this match, Dnepr-1 (35 points) remained in second place in the UPL and is two points behind the leader Kryvbas. “Minai” (7 points) takes the last line.

In the next round, the Dnipro team will play against “Obolon” on March 3. A day earlier, the Transcarpathians will compete with Metalist 1925.
