The last tickets to the upcoming European Championship were won by Ukraine, Georgia and Poland.
Since March 2023, qualifications for Euro 2024on football. 53 national teams took part in it, competing for 23 tickets to the finals.
A total of 24 national teams will play at the 2024 European Championship. The German national team, as the host of the tournament, qualified for the continental championship without qualifying.
The group stage of qualifying for Euro 2024 ended in November 2023. As a result, 20 teams received tickets to the European Championship – the two best teams from each group.
The owners of three more tickets to the European Championship (Ukraine, Georgia and Poland) were determined in the play-offs, where 12 teams were placed depending on their performance in the 2022/23 Nations League. The Ukrainian national team also took part in the playoffs, which took third place in its group, behind England and Italy.
In the play-offs, Sergei Rebrov’s team made a comeback in the semifinals and defeated team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in the final won a strong-willed victory over Iceland and won a ticket to the European Championship.
Note that the Russian team did not participate in the qualifications and will miss the European Championship. The national team of the occupying state wasnot allowed to participate in the Euro 2024 drawdue to a full-scale war against Ukraine.

The draw for the final part of Euro 2024 took place in December 2023, and the tournament itself will be hosted by 10 cities in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024.
In the final Euro 2024 tournament, the Ukrainian national team will play in Group E against Belgium, Slovakia and Romania.
