“I'll say this: I'm retired. But I continue to lead an active lifestyle. I go jogging, play football three times a week. If I play for the veterans, two halves of forty minutes each, so I feel very good. So if I see , that someone needs, there is no question.
I willingly participate in veterans and exhibition matches, getting pleasure from it. On Saturday I will play in the match of Karpaty veterans against our military.
Actually, I have something to do. I’m thinking of going to the East in the near future, and also visiting my beloved Kharkov. And I wish “Karpaty” good luck. Thanks to everyone I worked with – the club, the players, and the coaches who helped me. Especially to my son Ostap, who helped me a lot when I needed it,” said Markevich.
