58 Ukrainian athletes took part in the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris.

On Friday, July 26, the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games is taking place in Paris.

10,500 athletes from 206 countries will take part in the largest multi-sport competitions on the planet, who will compete for 329 sets of medals in 32 sports.

Among them is the Ukrainian team, which will compete at the Games in Paris will be represented by 140 athletes in 23 sports.

At the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics, the Ukrainian delegation of 58 athletes sailed six kilometers on a boat along the Seine River, the 193rd of 206 participating countries.
