On the twelfth day of the competition, 21 sets of awards were contested.

On Wednesday, August 7, the names of the next champions and medalists of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris were announced. 21 sets of awards were contested.

On this day, Ukraine added one award to its medal collection – Alexander Khizhnyak won the “gold” of the boxing tournament in the weight category up to 80 kg.

There will be a total of 2024 Olympics 329 sets of medals were awarded in 32 sports. The Games in Paris will last until August 11.

Ukraine is represented at the XXXIII Summer Olympics by 140 athletes who compete in 23 sports.

After the twelfth competitive Ukraine has eight awards at the 2024 Olympics: three gold, two silver and three bronze. The “blue-yellows” are in 17th place in the medal standings.
