In the 37th minute, Dovbyk opened the scoring in the game – the Ukrainian forward successfully played on the rebound after a shot by Niccolo Pizilli.
At first, the referee did not count the goal due to an alleged offside by Artem's teammate, but after a long review of the video replay (VAR), he pointed to the center of the field.
This is Dovbyk's debut goal and first effective action in 4 matches for the Roman club.
However, the Romans were unable to achieve their first victory this season. In the added time of the second half, in the 90+6th minute, the “griffins” were saved from defeat by a goal from Koni De Winter.
