Tottenham defeated Manchester United in the central match of the 6th round of the English Premier League (EPL) of the 2024/25 season. The match at Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester ended with a score of 0:3.
Spurs took the lead in the third minute of the match – Brennan Johnson hit the empty corner of the goal after a cross from Micky van de Ven.
Before the break, the Mancunians were left with one man down – Bruno Fernandes earned a straight red card and a sending-off in the 42nd minute for a foul on James Maddison.
In the second half, Angelos Postecoglou’s men took advantage of their numerical advantage and scored twice against the Red Devils. In the 47th minute, Dejan Kulusevski scored after a rebound.
And in the 77th minute, Dominic Solanke set the final score of the game, diving to send the ball into the goal after a corner and a header from Pape Matar Sarr.
