The Spanish and English giants simultaneously won crushing victories.

In the matches of the second round of the main stage of the Champions League 2024/25 season Barcelona defeated Young Boys at home (5:0), and Manchester City defeated Bratislava Slovan away (0:4).

Already in the first half, the Catalans secured a comfortable advantage for themselves, scoring three times against their opponents – Robert Lewandowski, Rafinha and Inigo Martinez scored.

After the break, the Polish forward scored a double, and at the end of the match, the final score was set by Mohamed Kamara, who scored into his own goal.
