Matches of the ninth round of the Spanish La Liga 2024/25 season will be played on October 4-6.
The round will begin on Friday with a match between Leganes and Valencia.
On Saturday, Real Madrid, led by Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, will host Villarreal in the central match of the round.
On Sunday, Girona, led by Ukrainian midfielder Viktor Tsygankov, who was injured, will hostin the Champions League match against the Dutch Feyenoord, and will face Athletic Bilbao on its home field.
On the same day, Barcelona will visit Alaves, and Madrid Atletico will try to beat Real Sociedad on the road.
Note that the matches of the tenth round of the Primera will take place after the international break, on October 18-21.
