Oleksiy Gutsulyak suffered a concussion in the Nations League match against the Czech Republic.

The Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) reported on the health condition of Ukrainian national team midfielder Oleksiy Gutsulyak, who received a terrible injury in the match of the 4th round of the group stage of the League of Nations of the 2024/25 season with the Czech Republic.

As reported by the UAF on its Telegram channel, the 26-year-old footballer underwent all the necessary medical procedures. After a full examination, doctors diagnosed him with a concussion.

It is noted that Oleksiy feels well. He will return to Ukraine soon, separately from other players of the national team.

The Ukrainian national teamdrew against the Czech Republic (1:1) and with 4 points remained in last place in Group B1, which is led by the Czechs with 7 points. Georgia and Albania are in second and third place, respectively, with 6 points each.

In the next fifth round of the League of Nations, the Ukrainians will play Georgia away, and the Czechs will play Albania away. The matches will take place on November 16.
