Shock in Madrid: Barcelona Destroyed Real Madrid with Lunin in El Classico (video)

The Catalans increased their lead over the Blancos in La Liga to six points.

Barcelona thrashed Real Madrid in the central match of the 11th round of the Spanish La Ligaseason 2024/25. The match at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid ended with a score of 0:4.

The first half of El Clasico was goalless. In the 30th minute, Kylian Mbappe could have put the hosts ahead, but after reviewing the video replay (VAR), his goal was cancelled due to offside.

At the start of the second half, the Catalans shocked the “creamy ones” with two goals at once – Robert Lewandowski scored a double, scoring in the 54th and 56th minutes.

First, the Polish forward, after a pass from Marc Casado, converted a one-on-one with the Ukrainian goalkeeper of the Blancos Andriy Lunin, and then he finished off a pass from the left flank from Alejandro Balde with a precise header into the far corner.

In the 77th minute, Hansi Flick's charges made the score a rout – Lamin Yamal received a pass from Rafinha and powerfully shot under the crossbar from within the penalty area.

The final score in the game was set in the 84th minute by Rafinha, who won a run from Lucas Vazquez and very coolly chipped the ball over Lunin.
