The Ukrainian goalkeeper made an assist across half the field.

Real Madrid thrashed Osasuna in a home match 13th round of the Spanish La Liga of the 2024/25 season. The match at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid ended with a score of 4:0.

Carlo Ancelotti's men scored two goals in each half. Vinicius Junior opened the scoring in the 34th minute of the match, and Jude Bellingham doubled the advantage of the “creamy ones” in the 42nd minute.

In the 61st minute the score became crushing. After the guests took a corner kick, Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin kicked the ball from his own goal across half the field to Vinicius Junior, who scored a double.

The entire team congratulated the 25-year-old Ukrainian goalkeeper on his assist to the applause of the fans.

The final score of the game in the 69th minute was set by the same Vinicius Junior, who finished the match with a hat-trick.

Real Madrid vs. Osasuna match review

For Lunin, this is the second “dry” match for Real this season. In the current campaign, he has played five matches for the Madrid club in all competitions, conceding a total of eight goals.

After this victory, Real (27 points) continues to occupy second place in La Liga and has reduced the gap with leader Barcelona to six points. Osasuna (21 points) is in fifth place.

In the next round of the Spanish championship, which is scheduled after the international break, Real will play away against Leganes on November 24, and Osasuna will host Villarreal on the same day.
