Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's team did not encounter any problems in the game against the "sailors".
"Dynamo" defeated "Chernomorets"in a home match of the 14th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) of the 2024/25 season. The match at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Stadium in Kyiv ended with a score of 3:1.
Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's team opened the scoring in the 16th minute of the match – Denis Popov intercepted the ball on the Odessans' half of the field, after which Vitaliy Buyalskyi passed the ball to Vladislav Vanat, who accurately shot into the left corner.
In the second half, the “white-blues” increased their advantage. In the 69th minute, Buyalsky sent a beautiful shot from outside the penalty area into the left “nine”.
In the 88th minute, Dynamo made the score crushing – Valentin Rubchinskiy scored, who came on as a substitute a few minutes before. The guests responded only with a consolation goal, the author of which was Evgeny Skiba in the 90+3rd minute.

After this victory, “Dynamo” (35 points) continues to lead the UPL. The capital club is now three points ahead of its closest pursuer “Alexandria”, which has a game in hand. “Chernomorets” (12 points) remained in 13th position.
In the next round of the Ukrainian championship, the Kyivians will meet “Kolos” away, and the “sailors” will play “Alexandria” away. Both matches will take place on Sunday, December 1.
