Dynamo Kyiv and Shakhtar played another match matches in the UEFA Youth League.
The “White-Blues” won a crushing victory in the first of two playoff matches against the “2 Corriku” team from Kosovo. The match ended with a score of 5:0 in favor of the Kiev team.
Kyril Osipenko and Matvey Ponomarenko scored for Dynamo in the first half. After the break, Ponomarenko scored twice more and thus made a hat-trick. Ivan Andreyko scored another goal.
The return match between the teams will take place on Wednesday, December 11.
But Shakhtar, which is playing in the main round of the UEFA Youth League, drew with the Dutch PSV – 1:1.
The Miners conceded first – Robin van Duven converted a penalty in the 55th minute. However, Anton Drozd scored for the Donetsk team in the 76th minute, so the winner could not be determined.
Shakhtar U-19 with 10 points after five matches occupies the interim eighth place in the overall standings of the UEFA Youth League.
In the next round, the young miners will meet with Bayern Munich on December 10.
