Dynamo Kyiv suffered a crushing defeat to Real Sociedad in Spain in a match sixth round of the main stage of the Europa League season 2024/25. The match at the Anoeta stadium in San Sebastian ended with a score of 3:0.
The hosts opened the scoring in the 19th minute of the match. The defender of the “white-blues” Denis Popov kicked Mikel Oyarzabal in the legs in his own penalty area, for which the referee awarded a penalty. Dynamo failed to respond with even one goal. Thus, Real Sociedad won a crushing victory.
