In the second half, the "Red Devils" were left with one man down, but managed to win.

"Manchester United" beat "Arsenal" in the 1/32 final match of the 2024/25 FA Cup. The regular time of the match in London ended with a score of 1:1, and the penalty shootout was won by the Red Devils – 3:5.

The first half passed without any goals scored. At the start of the second half, the Mancunians opened the scoring – Bruno Fernandes scored in the 52nd minute.

In the 61st minute, Ruben Amorim's charges were left in the minority – Diogo Dalot earned a second yellow card and a sending off.

In the 63rd minute, Mikel Arteta's team equalized – Gabriel made an accurate shot.

In the 72nd minute, the Gunners had an excellent chance to take the lead, but Martin Odegaard did not convert the penalty – his shot was blocked by the Manchester club's goalkeeper Altay Bayindyr.

The teams did not score in the extra time, so the fate of the ticket to the next round was determined in a penalty shootout. Manchester United converted all five of their shots, while the Gunners' Kai Havertz made a mistake.

The Gunners' Ukrainian defender Oleksandr Zinchenko spent the entire match on the bench.
