A show from promoter Frank Warren and Queensberry Promotions will take place in Manchester, England on April 5 – several fights were announced the day before.
The main event will be a heavyweight fight between two British boxers – Joe Joyce (16-3, 15 KOs) will face Dillian Whyte (31-3, 21 KOs). It is worth noting that Joyce has early victories over the strongest heavyweights (Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker).
Former world champion in two weight categories Lawrence Okolie (21-1, 16 KOs) will perform at the show, his opponent will be another Briton Richard Riakpore (17-1, 13 KOs).
Talented heavyweight boxer Delicious Orie will make his debut in the professional ring, his opponent will be announced later.
Earlier it was reported that Frank Warren plans to organize a fight between Oleksandr Usyk and the British boxer.
