Ruslan Rotan's team continues to fight for the highest places in the Ukrainian championship.
“Oleksandria” won an away victory over “Kolos” in the match of the 20th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) of the 2024/25 season. The match in Kovalivka ended with a score of 0:1 .
The only goal in this match was scored by Ruslan Rotan's team at the end of the first half. The author of the successful strike in the 42nd minute was the former player of Kyiv “Dynamo” Vladimir Shepelev, for whom this was the debut goal in the shirt of the Alexandria club.

Thanks to this victory, Oleksandria secured second place in the UPL with 44 points. Rotan's team increased the gap from Shakhtar, which occupies third place, to 4 points. However, the Donetsk team has a game in hand. Dynamo is in the lead with 50 points.
