Elina Svitolina continues to maintain her status as Ukraine's number one tennis player.
The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) and the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) have updated their rankings following the results of the last competition week.
Elina Svitolina has retained her status as Ukraine's number one tennis player – having reached the quarterfinals of the tournament in Indian Wells, she moved up one position and now occupies 22nd place in the world rankings.
But Marta Kostyuk dropped five places and is now in 29th place. Dayana Yastremska improved her position by four lines, moving to 42nd place in the rating.
The world's number one tennis player remains the neutral tennis player with a Belarusian passport, Aryna Sabalenka. The second place is still occupied by the Polish Iga Swiatek, and the third place is occupied by the American Cori Gauff.

The title of Ukraine's number one tennis player among men is retained by Alexander Ovcharenko , who dropped two lines in the ATP rankings and is now in 308th place.
There were no changes in the top 3 of the men's classification. The leader is still the Italian Jannik Sinner, who was disqualified for three months due to doping. Second place is occupied by the German Alexander Zverev, in third place is the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz.
