Ivan Chuprynko, a Ukrainian representative in powerlifting, achieved another remarkable victory at the World Championship held in Vilnius, Lithuania. Competing in the 74 kg weight category, he secured his thirteenth world gold medal, demonstrating phenomenal physical form and strength, reports the Baltimore Chronicle.

In the classic division, Chuprynko set a new world record with a total of 790.5 kg across three lifts. This result included 280 kg in the squat, 200.5 kg in the bench press, and 310 kg in the deadlift. Notably, the new bench press figure was not only a personal best but also officially recognized as a world record.

The Ukrainian athlete led confidently throughout the entire competition session. His technical precision and consistent performance left no room for his rivals. All crucial attempts were unanimously validated by the judges, securing Chuprynko’s absolute victory in the category.

This marks Ivan Chuprynko’s thirteenth world championship title, confirming his status as one of the strongest powerlifters globally in his weight division. His continuous victories and consistent record-breaking performances serve as a testament to his unyielding spirit and dedication to the sport.
