Chelseadefeated Ukrainian winger Mikhail Mudryk at home against Leicester in the quarter finals of the Cup England. The match at Stamford Bridge in London ended with the score 4:2.

The referee immediately awarded a penalty and showed the visiting defender a yellow card, but after a prompt from the video assistant VAR, he changed his decision – a penalty kick, but a direct red card to the culprit.

Having gained a numerical advantage, Chelsea put the squeeze on in stoppage time for the second half unyielding opponent. In the 90+2nd minute, Carney Chukwuemeka scored a goal after a backheel pass from Palmer.

The final semi-finalist of the tournament will be determined in the match between Manchester United and Liverpool, which will take place on Sunday, March 17, at the Old Trafford stadium in Manchester. The starting whistle will sound at 17:30 Kyiv time.
