Apple is preparing a major hardware rollout starting this Monday, with several new devices expected to debut across its product lines, reports Baltimore Chronicle via 9to5mac. Industry sources indicate that alongside the iPhone 17e, Apple will introduce updated iPads, a revived MacBook model, expanded MacBook Pro options, and potentially new displays and Mac Studio devices, signaling a significant week for the company’s hardware ecosystem.
Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17e is positioned as the successor to the iPhone 16e, with pricing likely beginning at $599. The device will feature the A19 chip, Center Stage front camera, MagSafe support, and wireless capabilities via C1X and N1 chips. Rumors suggest a possible transition from the traditional notch to the Dynamic Island interface. While the exact sales performance of the iPhone 16e remains unclear, the iPhone 17e appears to offer several notable enhancements that could strengthen its appeal.

In the tablet segment, Apple is expected to release two new iPads this week: a base model equipped with the A18 chip and an iPad Air featuring the M4 processor. Both devices will largely retain the designs of their predecessors, with upgrades focused on internal specifications. The base iPad will particularly benefit from Apple Intelligence support enabled by the A18 chip, allowing compatibility with advanced iPadOS features and the forthcoming Siri update. The M4 iPad Air will offer a performance boost while maintaining the existing form factor.

Apple is also reviving its previously discontinued base MacBook, with the new model reportedly featuring a 12.9-inch display, the A18 Pro chip, 8GB of RAM, and multiple color options, priced around $699. The device is anticipated to target users transitioning from PCs or Chromebooks who already own iPhones.

The MacBook Pro lineup is expanding with the launch of 14-inch and 16-inch models equipped with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. While Apple is reserving design updates for the upcoming M6 models, these machines are expected to deliver significant performance improvements, particularly for AI-focused tasks, building on the capabilities of the previously released 14-inch M5 base model.

Additional devices rumored to be part of the launch include the M5 MacBook Air, an updated Apple Studio Display, and a new Mac Studio. The Studio Display 2 may include a 120Hz ProMotion screen, HDR support, and an A19 chip, while the Mac Studio is anticipated in M5 Max and M5 Ultra variants, marking the first Ultra-class chip release since the M3 generation.

This week’s product lineup emphasizes Apple’s continued focus on performance upgrades and ecosystem integration, covering devices across mobile, tablet, and desktop categories.
