Over the past 24 hours from February 28 to March 1, the troops of the aggressor country lost 1,050 soldiers, a multiple launch rocket system and 15 armored combat vehicles in the war against Ukraine.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy's total combat losses from 24.02.22 to 01.03.25 were approximately:
- personnel – about 875,610 (+1050) people were eliminated;
- tanks – 10,233 (+11) units;
- combat armored vehicles – 21,249 (+15) units;
- artillery systems – 23,908 (+61) units;
- MLRS – 1304 (+1) units;
- air defense systems – 1088 (+1) units;
- aircraft – 370 units;
- helicopters – 331 units;
- Operational-tactical level UAVs – 27,402 (+128) units;
- cruise missiles – 3085 units;
- ships/boats – 28 units;
- submarines – 1 unit;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 39,101 (+107) units;
- special equipment – 3763 units.
The situation on the front and the Russian drone attack
According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Russian invaders have had success in the Donetsk region and in the western part of the Zaporizhia region.
On the evening before and at night on March 1, Russian terrorists again attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones “Shahed”.
Explosions were heard in Kyiv amid the UAV attack.
As a result of the attack on Kharkov, a medical facility was damaged, and in the Odessa region, a person was killed as a result of a drone strike.
