The United States has suspended military aid to Ukraine for review. Future funding is under review.

This was stated by White House press secretary Caroline Levitt, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to Fox News.

“The national security adviser told me that they have paused or are reviewing funding for Ukraine, as you saw, the pause in funding. On the intelligence side, I would refer you to either the National Security Council or the CIA,” Levitt said.

The journalist asked whether the possibility of canceling or resuming US military aid to Ukraine, which had been suspended, was being considered.

In response, the White House press secretary noted that now we are talking only about a pause to review this situation, without specific decisions regarding further steps.

“Again, this is a pause for review,” she replied.

Stopping intelligence sharing between the US and Ukraine

Recall that earlier it became known that the US suspended arms supplies and intelligence exchange with Ukraine. CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirmed this information.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has commented on the report about restrictions on intelligence sharing between the US and Ukraine.

He stressed that the UK, US, Europe and Ukraine should work together, without choosing between the US and Europe. He noted that his country has always supported close cooperation with its allies and does not intend to change this policy.

At the same time, Sky News reported today that intelligence sharing between the US and Ukraine has not stopped completely.

The publication's source assured that some of the exchange is still taking place. They say that the US is still passing on intelligence data to Ukraine that could be used to attack Russian troops in occupied Ukrainian territory.
