The person detained for the murder of activist Demyan Ganul was handed a notice of suspicion. This concerns charges under two articles at once.

The defendant was charged under paragraph 11, part 2, article 115, part 1, article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional murder committed to order and illegal handling of weapons.
The prosecutor's office is asking the court to remand the detainee into custody without the option of posting bail.
Murder of activist Ganul in Odessa
On March 14, activist Demyan Ganul was killed in the center of Odessa. As it became known, he was shot in broad daylight. The police immediately began investigating the crime, and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took it under personal control.
