In Ukraine, the “Car of the Year 2025” was chosen. The winner of the annual event was Škoda Kodiaq. Also, during the award ceremony, the best cars in different categories were chosen.

In addition to the “Car of the Year in Ukraine”, the public and experts determined the best in the following categories:
- Electric Car of the Year – Porsche Taycan;
- Crossover of the year – Volkswagen Tiguan;
- Hybrid vehicle – Honda C-RV;
- Value for money – Hyundai Tucson;
- Best Design of the Year – Aston Martin DB12;
- Commercial vehicle – Ford Transit Custom;
- Sports Car of the Year – Audi RS6 Avant GT.
The “Car of the Year in Ukraine” campaign has been held since 2001. When determining the winners, both the opinion of the expert jury, which includes automobile journalists of Ukraine, and the choice of the public jury during online voting are taken into account.
As a rule, new models of cars that were officially presented for the first time and went on sale in Ukraine before January 1, 2025 participate in the “Auto of the Year in Ukraine 2025”.
The winning cars in the main and additional nominations are determined by the sum of points scored as a result of voting by two juries: public and expert.
