The Ministry of Health is launching an all-Ukrainian online sociological survey “Voice of Patients” on the interaction of Ukrainian patients with the medical system.
The Ministry of Health reports this on its website, reports Ukrinform.
«Such a survey will help determine the experience of interaction of Ukrainian patients with the medical system, assess their attitude and perception of changes in the healthcare system. And the elaboration of the results – will improve communication between those who formulate policies, provide and receive medical services,” the message says.

The Ministry reports that the “Voice of Patients” and “Voice of health workers” – a series of thematic online surveys that will take place during March-September 2024. Their goal is to obtain up-to-date data on attitudes, experiences and behavior in matters related to the operation of the health care system and its key components.
The initiative is carried out by the Ministry of Health with the support of the USAID Project “Support for Health Care Reform.”
