The restrictions will apply to special pensions assigned not on a general basis, but according to certain laws.

New rules for calculating special pensions assigned to customs officers, civil servants, prosecutors, people's deputies, members of the government, diplomats, scientists, Chernobyl victims and several other categories have come into force in Ukraine. This was reported by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

“The decision to introduce coefficients for pensions exceeding 10 subsistence minimums established for persons who have lost their ability to work (UAH 2,361), that is, for those pensions exceeding UAH 23,610, was adopted by the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025″ (Article 46)”

The Pension Fund of Ukraine noted that most ordinary pensioners are not threatened by new restrictions.
