The State Property Fund of Ukraine has planned online privatization auctions for January 2024 with a total starting value of assets of UAH 242.5 million.
The press service of the State Property Fund reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“In January, 18 privatization auctions are planned, the total starting value of assets is UAH 242.5 million,” the statement says.
According to the Fund, among the top offers in January is the only property complex of the state enterprise “TIK”, located near the Odessa market “7th kilometer”. The facility consists of 17 retail and warehouse premises with an average area of 2 thousand sq.m. each. The starting price is UAH 208.2 million, the auction is scheduled for January 18.
Potential investors are also offered a single property complex of the State Enterprise “Agricultural Enterprise “Land Fund”, which includes the building of the Kolos Hotel in Kiev and 14 units of real estate in Zhytomyr. Starting price – 8.5 million UAH, bidding is scheduled for January 17 .
According to the head of the State Property Fund Vitaly Koval, about a thousand new privatization auctions are planned to be announced in 2024.
As reported, there was a privatization of state and municipal property in the Prozorro electronic trading system. Sales in 2023 replenished the budgets of various levels by more than 3.3 billion hryvnia.
