Eggs continue to become cheaper in Ukraine.
In Ukraine from April 2023 to April 2024, prices for productsdecreased by 0.8%. And eggs fell in price by 41.9%. Thus, on May 11, packaged eggs sold on average about 38 UAH per dozen, which is immediately 10 UAH lower than in April.
The State Statistics Service reports this.
In addition eggs, prices also decreased by:
- bread and bakery products – by 2.1%;
- pasta – 0.6%;
- sunflower oil – 15.4%;
- vegetables – 13.9%;
- sugar – 15.1%.
Prices for butter increased the most – by 14.9%. And also:
- meat and meat products – 4.2%;
- fish and fish products – 5.1%;
- milk – 9 .3%;
- cottage cheese and cottage cheese – 7.8%;
- fruit – 7%.
Remember, in Ukraine The cost of onions has increased.
