The currency has lost value.
The National Bank has set the official exchange rate for Wednesday, August 7. The dollar has fallen in price by 16 kopecks. The euro lost 35 kopecks in value, and the zloty — 8 kopecks.

Recall that Ukraine received a $3.9 billion grant from the United States. These funds will be used to finance important budget expenditures, including salaries for teachers, doctors, rescuers, and social assistance.
