The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the procedure for implementing this project.
As early as December 1, Ukraine will launch a winter “support” program. Every Ukrainian will be able to receive a thousand hryvnia to pay for services and goods.
This was announced during a government meeting by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“Today we are making a decision that is part of the winter support for Ukrainian families. At the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelensky from December 1, every Ukrainian man and woman will receive a thousand hryvnia to pay for Ukrainian services and goods,” he said.
By November 15, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the procedure for implementing this project: how, where and when funds can be received and where they can be spent.
“Since the program concerns not only adults but also children, we are also determining how one of the parents can order a payment for their child,” he continued.
The funds can be spent on medicines, books, clothing, bus and train tickets, utility bills, and also on supporting the Ukrainian army by transferring funds to charity accounts of the Security and Defense Forces or a volunteer fund.
Recall that on October 25, in his evening address, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a new program “Support”. These funds can be spent on paying for Ukrainian goods and services, in particular, utility bills, train tickets, or Ukrainian-made medicines.
