The hryvnia has weakened against the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate for Wednesday, November 20. The dollar has lost a few kopecks in value.

- 1 US dollar – 41.33 (-4 kopecks)
Euro exchange rate
- 1 euro – 43.69 (+6 kopecks)
Zloty exchange rate
- 1 Polish zloty – 10.09 (+1 kopeck)
As reported, on November 19, The Verkhovna Rada approved the state budget for 2025. In particular, in the budget for 2025, expenditures on education will amount to almost 199 billion UAH, and on medicine – 217 billion UAH.
