According to Bigun, the funds should be credited within 10 days from the date of application.
Ukrposhta also pays “Zelensky's thousand”. Because of it, you do not need to submit an application.
“If you count the people to whom the state pays support through Ukrposhta, this is 1.9 million, plus 7.3 million applications that were submitted through “Diya”, in total this is 9.2 million of our citizens receiving winter support,” Bigun said. .

The first payments of a thousand from “Diia” have already taken place for applications from December 1-3.
This is 4.4 billion hryvnia in payments to cards. Accordingly, for those who receive through Ukrposhta, there are 1.9 billion hryvnia. This payment has already begun on December 4. And it continues. By the end of the month, everyone who is supposed to receive the payment through Ukrposhta will receive it through Ukrposhta,” Bigun said.
Recall that as of December 13, 1.8 million applications were submitted (from adults), as well as 520 thousand from children. UAH 1,000 was received on the National cashback card.
