Ukrainians have already started spending funds under the “Ye Pidtrimka” program, but they are facing problems due to payment restrictions.
Ukraine has begun accepting applications for state aid in the amount of 1,000 hryvnias under the “Winter Support” program. You can submit an application until the end of February 2024, and spend the funds until the end of 2025.

The proceeds can only be spent in stores that correspond to certain MCC codes – special digital identifiers that determine the area of activity of the outlet.
The main categories where you can use the “Zelensky thousand”:
Plant and landscape design stores
This includes stores that sell plants, fertilizers, tools or are engaged in landscape design and garden maintenance (MCC code 0780).
Construction stores
Suitable locations include those where you can buy construction materials or order construction services (MCC 1520). For example, the Epicenter chain plans to connect payment in the near future.
Bookstores and bakeries
Bookstores: for example, “Bookstore Yes” or Yakaboo (MCC codes 2741, 5942, 5994).
Bakeries: locations selling bakery products or working to order (MCC code 5462).
Clothing and household chemicals stores
Clothing: retail outlets engaged in sewing or repairing clothing (MCC code 5697).
Household chemicals: care, cleaning and disinfection products (MCC code 2842).
How to find out if a store accepts a card
Before purchasing, you should check with the store manager whether they accept the National Cashback card. It is also important to remember that the list of stores may change, so it is better to check the possibility of payment in advance.
The received thousand Zelensky can be sent to charity: the funds can be used to support the Ukrainian army through donations for drones, tactical medicine or other equipment.
Payments under the Winter e Support program are made within 10 days from the date of application. The program is available to all citizens in the territory controlled by Ukraine, the funds can be used until the end of 2025.
