The Pension Fund of Ukraine announced new payments to Chernobyl victims.
Additional financial support for pensioners, in particular, Chernobyl victims, will be provided in 2025. They will be able to receive pension supplements exceeding 2 thousand hryvnia.

Additional payments will be paid to citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster and will amount to 2.36 thousand hryvnia.

- permanently resided in the zones of unconditional and voluntary resettlement from April 26, 1986 to January 1, 1993.
This payment is not permanent and is provided only for the period of martial law in Ukraine. The costs of financing it are included in the state budget for 2025.
However, those who left the Chernobyl zone during the specified period or changed their place of residence will not receive the additional payment.
