Currently, the average salary of Ukrainians in Poland varies from 3,300 to 5,500 zlotys.
The demands of Ukrainians in Poland exceed those of other groups of economic migrants. Most of them expect a salary from 4,000 to 7,700 zlotys net.
This is reported by the Wprost publication with reference to the Progres Group research.
Only 5% of Ukrainians are ready to work for a salary below 4,000 zlotys net (920 euros after taxes). The absolute majority – 85% – expect a salary in the range from 4,000 to 7,700 zlotys net (1,770 euros), and 10% want to earn more than 7,700 zlotys.
Foreigners from the Philippines, India, Nepal, Moldova and Colombia have lower expectations regarding the minimum wage. In particular, 26% are ready to work for a salary of 3,000 to 3,900 zlotys, 48% expect a salary of 4,000 to 7,700 zlotys, and 26% expect to earn more than 7,700 zlotys.
Currently, the average salary of Ukrainians in Poland ranges from 3,300 to 5,500 zlotys net.
Earlier it was reported that in Poland as of the end of September 2024, more than 406 thousand men from Ukraine are officially employed. In total, almost 780 thousand Ukrainians are employed in this country as of the end of September 2024.
