The funds of the program are credited to the “National Cashback” card.
In Ukraine, the “Winter Support” program is in effect until the end of February, within the framework of which a Ukrainian located in the country can receive a thousand hryvnia. These funds can be spent until December 31, 2025.
Applications for assistance are accepted until February 28, reports TSN.ua.
First of all, you can spend the funds on charity – donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or buy military bonds. In addition, there are many other services for paying for “Zelensky's thousand”.
What services can you use the funds for:
- utility payments;
- medical, veterinary or legal services;
- education;
- sports;
- recreation;
- transport;
- mobile communications;
- insurance;
- entertainment, etc.
Program funds are credited to the National Cashback card. Ukrainians who receive payments by mail will be able to receive a thousand hryvnias at Ukrposhta offices. If a person does not have a RNOKPP, they should contact one of the program's partner banks.
Recall that 10 million Ukrainians have already applied for a 1,000 UAH payment under the Winter Support program. So far, women are the most active in applying for assistance. They submitted 68% of applications.
