“Zelensky's Thousand” does not affect the subsidy.

This was reported by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

“Are the accruals under the “National Cashback” and “Zimova” programs taken into account in the total family income for the purpose of assigning a subsidy? “Epidtrimka”? No, it is not taken into account,” the statement says.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained that when calculating housing subsidies, the one-time state cash assistance “Winter Epidtrimka” and state cash assistance, which is calculated as a percentage of the cost of goods purchased by non-cash payment, are not taken into account in the average monthly total family income. National Cashback” (within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform “Made in Ukraine”).

It is noted that this corresponds to the changes made to paragraph 7 of the Procedure for calculating the average monthly total income of a family (household) for all types of state social assistance, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution of July 22, 2020 No. 632).
