The emergency power outages introduced on the morning of February 28 in some regions of Ukraine have been cancelled.
As reported by Ukrinform, NEC Ukrenergo reported this on Facebook.
“As a result of a night drone attack on power facilities, emergency power outages were forced to be introduced in several regions in the morning. Initially, industrial consumers were limited. Currently, emergency power outages have been cancelled and are not being applied in any region,” the report says.
It is noted that electricity consumption in Ukraine as of 10:15 on Friday corresponds to the previous day's figures. At the same time, the Ukrainian energy system continues to recover from Russia's massive missile and drone attacks.
Ukrenergo notes that in the period from 16:00 to 22:00 there remains a need to consume electricity sparingly.
As reported, on Friday, February 28, capacity restriction schedules will apply for businesses and industry during the periods 05:00–10:00 and 16:00–22:00.
