The dollar and euro exchange rate in Ukraine has increased: how much the currency costs on March 11

The dollar is rising after falling to its lowest level since October.

The National Bank of Ukraine has set a new official exchange rate, with the dollar rising for a second day in a row. This comes after the currency hit its lowest level since October. Analysts speculate that the rise could be temporary or signal more serious changes in the financial system.

The Ukrainian currency market is recording a new rise in the dollar and euro exchange rates. On March 11, the average dollar selling rate rose to UAH 41.55, and the euro to UAH 45.00.

In exchange offices, the dollar is bought at 41.05 UAH, and the euro at 44.30 UAH. The interbank market has recorded an increase in the dollar exchange rate to 41.32–41.35 UAH/dollar. Official data from the NBU also indicate growth: the dollar exchange rate is set at 41.2870 UAH, and the euro at 44.7716 UAH.

As reported, pension indexation has been completed in Ukraine. Payments for most pensioners have increased. Preliminary, pensions of Ukrainians will be indexed by 11.5% this year.
