The hryvnia has strengthened against foreign currencies.
The National Bank set the official exchange rate for Tuesday, March 18. The dollar lost 7 kopecks, the euro – 6 kopecks, and the zloty – 6 kopecks.
This is reported on the website of the National Bank.
Dollar exchange rate
- 1 US dollar – 41.43 (-7 kopecks)
Euro exchange rate
- 1 euro – 45.16 (-6 kopecks)
Zloty exchange rate
- 1 Polish zloty – 10.78 (-6 kopecks)
Let us recall that financial analysts say that the National Bank faces a difficult dilemma: to restrain the devaluation of the hryvnia or, on the contrary, to allow it to become cheaper, thereby maintaining high inflation.
